The salon prides itself on providing the best hair care service possible. However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, we are happy to provide one adjustment free of charge. Appointments for adjustments must be made within one week of the date of services. We do not, however issue refunds on salon services.
Products Purchased at Salon
Yuka gladly accepts returns for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Refunds may be provided only if product is unused, in its original packing and accompanied by an original receipt.
Products Purchased from Salon Website
For products purchased from our website, you may return them within 30 days from the date of shipment for a refund of the purchase price, minus shipping and handling. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Refunds may be provided only if product is unused and in its original packing.
